What CanvasIQ is, what it does not promise, and the law that applies.
- Who you are agreeing with
- MSRX CanvasIQ is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name "MSRX". MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company. In these terms "we", "us" and "MSRX" mean Mrinal Singh Raja; "you" means the person using CanvasIQ. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
- It is free, and there is no account
- CanvasIQ is free with no fee, subscription or paid tier, and needs no registration. Using it means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use it.
- Your work is yours
- We claim no rights over anything you draw, generate or export. Use it commercially, put it in a client deck, sell what it is printed on — no permission needed and no attribution required. Your drawings never reach us in any case.
- Nothing is saved, so export it
- Your work exists only in the browser tab while it is open. Closing the tab erases it, and we cannot recover it because we never had it. Exporting a file is the only way work leaves the app.
- What the AI Copilot sends
- When you ask the Copilot for something, the prompt text you typed is sent to our server and forwarded to Groq, our model provider, to generate the result. Your canvas is not sent. Do not type personal or confidential information into the prompt box; everything else in CanvasIQ works without sending anything anywhere.
- Generated artwork is a draft
- The Copilot is a large language model producing vector output. It misreads instructions, produces shapes that are wrong or ugly, and can generate something that resembles an existing logo, character or trade mark. You are responsible for checking what you publish, and for having the right to use it.
- What you may not do
- Use CanvasIQ for anything unlawful or to infringe somebody else's rights. Generate material that infringes a trade mark or copyright, or that impersonates a brand. Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent any limit or rate limit. Use automated means to extract content at scale, or resell access to the service.
- Availability
- The service is free and provided with no guarantee that it will be available or uninterrupted, and it may change or stop at any time. The AI features run on a free upstream quota shared by everyone using the site, so they rate-limit and sometimes fail.
- No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
- To the fullest extent the law allows, CanvasIQ is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost work or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. If you use CanvasIQ as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- Grievances
- Questions and complaints, including any grievance under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, go to mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
