Draw it flat.
Stand it up.

A drawing tool, a diagram tool and a 3D modeller in one browser tab. Sketch a shape, let the Copilot draft it for you, then extrude the same artwork into a solid you can orbit and export.

44 templates · 2D + 3D · exports PNG SVG PDF GLTF OBJ STL

Same artwork, both modes. Try the switch.

Copilot / handoff

Start with a sentence

Type what you need drawn. You land in the workspace with the prompt already in the Copilot, one keystroke from a first draft.

Or try one of these:

One tab, the whole job

6 capabilities · nothing to install

2d/vector

Draw with real tools

Pencil, brush, marker and precision shapes on an infinite canvas, with a snap grid, smart guides and undo that goes all the way back.

100 undo steps · snap grid · smart guides

ai/copilot

Describe it instead

Say what you want in a sentence. The Copilot drafts it as validated vector shapes straight onto the canvas, where you can pick it apart and edit it like anything you drew yourself.

output is editable vectors, not a flat image

3d/scene

Stand your artwork up

Extrude a flat SVG into a solid, drop in primitives, pick a lighting preset and orbit the result. The same file holds both modes.

extrude · orbit · 4 lighting presets

doc/layers

Organise like a designer

Create, rename, lock, hide, reorder and group layers. The panel behaves the way it does in the tools you already use, so there is nothing to relearn.

lock · hide · reorder · group

io/export

Leave with real files

Everything renders and encodes in the browser, so an export is instant and works offline — no upload, no queue, no watermark.

PNG · SVG · PDF · JSON · GLTF · OBJ · STL

privacy/local

Nothing is stored

No account, no database, no analytics on your artwork. It works in a private window, and your drawing never leaves the tab unless you export it.

0 accounts · 0 tracking · works in Incognito

Templates / popular

44 templates · 2D and 3D

Every one is a real editable document, not a picture of one. Open it, change it, export it.

Frequently asked questions

What is MSRX CanvasIQ?
MSRX CanvasIQ is a free, browser-based AI visual creation studio. It combines 2D drawing, vector design, AI-assisted SVG and diagram generation, and interactive 3D modeling in a single workspace — no installation and no account required.
Is MSRX CanvasIQ free to use?
Yes. CanvasIQ is completely free with no sign-up, no subscription and no paywalled features. Everything runs in your browser and your work never leaves your device unless you export it.
Do I need an account to use CanvasIQ?
No account is needed. CanvasIQ has no registration, no login and no user profiles. It also works fully in private or Incognito windows because it stores nothing in cookies or local storage.
What can the CanvasIQ AI Copilot do?
The AI Copilot turns plain-language prompts into editable graphics. It has four modes: Draw (text to vector art), Diagram (auto-laid-out architecture, flowcharts and org charts), Shapes (wireframes and smart geometry), and Assist (design feedback on layout, alignment, color and accessibility). Every AI response is validated before anything is added to the canvas.
What file formats can I export from CanvasIQ?
You can export PNG, SVG and PDF for 2D designs, a re-openable JSON project file, and GLTF, OBJ and STL for 3D models. All exports are generated entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Does CanvasIQ work on mobile, tablets and stylus?
Yes. CanvasIQ supports touch drawing, Apple Pencil and stylus input, and pinch-to-zoom, with a responsive layout and mobile toolbar that adapts from phone to desktop. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox and Brave.
How is CanvasIQ different from Figma, Canva or Excalidraw?
CanvasIQ combines 2D drawing, AI generation and true 3D modeling in one free, privacy-first tool that needs no account. Unlike most editors it stores nothing on a server, runs fully in Incognito, and ships an AI Copilot that produces validated, editable vectors rather than flat images.
